Reception areas and back rooms are the foundation of the professional image of any institution, company or facility — they welcome guests, serve customers and are the showcase of the place. Well-designed reception areas and back rooms combine aesthetics, ergonomics and durability so that both users and visitors feel comfortable and notice the attention to detail.
Permanent fixtures Reception desks and booths use a lightweight aluminium profile system (e.g. ROUND Line), which allows the structure to be installed even in occupied buildings — without significant construction work. The elements are fixed to the floor, ceiling or walls for stability, allowing for permanent or temporary solutions. The reception and backroom walls are filled with furniture boards, aluminium composite panels, HPL panels or tempered glass — often coloured or with decorative additions, laminates or decorative film, which offers a wide range of possibilities for adapting to the interior design.
Reception desks and booths can be designed as independent modules (free-standing booths) or adapted to the interior architecture – filling recesses, corners of halls or creating entire rows of structures forming partition walls in the back room. Important accessories include lockable doors, curtains, sliding or tilt windows, and shelves – all elements are selected individually, according to user requirements and the visual character of the space.
